Aug. 21 Ulster County Historical Society hosts two events on local native American history at 3 PM: 1) A
lecture by J. Michael Smith "Munsee Indian Trade in Ulster County, New York"; 2) Dedication of a
diorama on the Second Esopus War of 1663, constructed and donated to Bevier House Museum by
trustee Jason Farina. For information, call Bevier House Museum (845) 338-5614, located at 2682, Rte.
209 in Marbletown. Both events are free and open to the public.

Town Planning Board - The second and fourth Tuesday each month at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall.
Zoning Board – The second and fourth Thursday each month at 8 PM at the Town Hall.
Friends of the Plattekill Public Library – The third Monday each month at 7:30 PM at the Plattekill Public Library.
